Delivery and Postage
UK Customers
We offer an excellent mail order service to everybody. We send everything by Royal Mail First Class post, which normally takes 1 to 3 days to arrive with you. All items are dispatched post free. If you order before 12noon on a weekday, we usually send it the same day!

Overseas Customers
We send all orders by airmail. All orders over £60 are sent post free. Under £60, we charge £1.00 for europe and £2.00 for rest of world.
 It's that easy - no hidden charges!

Freepost Videoscene address
The address 'Freepost Videoscene' may seem strange but it is correct! Post Office staff sometimes say that this is not a valid address but we can assure you that it is. No postcode or any other further information is required for your order to be delivered to us. If you prefer, you can send your order to our PO Box address, which is Videoscene, PO Box 243, Lytham St. Annes, FY8 9DE. Remember, you will need a stamp if you use this address. Overseas customers should use this address when ordering.

Returns Policy
Our 14 day returns guarantee means that if for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of the date you received the item. We will issue a full refund for the price you paid for the item or exchange it for a replacement of the same value. Faulty items can be replaced, refunded or exchanged in the same way.
